As the Fabrication Specialist, you will work closely with the Fabrication Team Lead and the Production Manager to produce fabricated water filtration equipment and mechanical components that are precise, properly fitted, and safe to operate when deployed and operated by Clear Water field staff, clients, and other entities. You will need to read and understand mechanical diagrams, assembly instructions, and layout drawings, ensuring that the required parts are present, and all meet quality control standards. The Fabrication Specialist will need to be proficient in the following welding processes and skillsets: MIG, TIG, ARC, grinding, and plasma cutting.

Work is performed primarily within Clear Water’s functional fabrication shop. This position will be expected and required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas and while on site. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds is required. Hiring is conditional upon satisfying a clean driving record, background check, and a pre-employment drug screening.
