About the Role:
An IT Support Professional is a qualified and skilled professional who provides technical support and assistance to our company’s internal users, whether over the phone or in person. Their primary intention is to ensure end user satisfaction and the restoration of technology products and services to their proper operating state and to develop new innovations that serve the needs of our internal user. As an IT Support Professional, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the IT Service Departments reputation of courteous and knowledgeable service while supporting the technology that drives our business processes by resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.

Most of the work is performed in an office setting. May require sitting for long periods of time. Position requires hand manipulative skills for word processing and writing. Must be able to hear verbal conversations over the phone and in-person with background noise. Must be able to consistently identify objects and persons at a distance and read fine print on various forms.
