Job Summary: The Clear Water Services environmental water treatment and equipment division at Tidal Vision is in a transitional period. We require a leader capable of developing and communicating a concise mission and vision for the future of this division while inspiring and supporting the valuable and dynamic team at Clear Water Services. This will require a great deal of communication and a distillation of the markets, team strengths, and competitive advantages. Clear Water has to forge a path to growth with close alignment to the mission and vision of Tidal Vision as a whole. A strong understanding of the markets Clear Water serves, and an aptitude to learn their technical products and services is required. It will be critical to effectively communicate and apply a strategic, big-picture perspective at the operational level to drive organized and intentional company growth. This role will require the strength of personality to influence change and facilitate hard conversations, and the empathy and emotional quotient to inspire a team towards disruptive market growth.
Clear Water Services currently employs 106 team members, and operates out of 4 states. Locations include: Everett, WA (headquarters), Ludington, MI, Deland, FL, and Rodeo, CA. The President is required to visit all sites routinely, and manage operations successfully from a remote setting when not physically onsite.

Work is mostly performed in an office setting, with travel to sites as needed. This position will be expected and required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas and while on-site. Hiring is conditional upon background check.
