Clear Water has certified professionals (CESCL, CPESC, CPSWQ) on staff to provide design specifications, SWPPP writing, SPCC plans and assistance with NPDES permitting and NEPA/SEPA reviews. Early collaboration on projects allows our systems to be designed in a way that is effective and efficient for the project. Our on-site consultation can also be employed to help with difficult or emergency situations. Clear Water offers inspection services on behalf of projects needing third party validation, and has a Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) -approved training and certification program.

Clear Water's CESCL training course provides you with the tools and resources you need to do your job as a Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead on your project site. The CESCL program includes BMP inspections, runoff monitoring, environmental documentation, and SWPPP management.
