Duncan has more than two decades of experience in environmental consulting and project management; specifically focusing on environmental analysis and management. He has worked with local, state, and federal jurisdictions to create development plans and obtain permits for residential, commercial, and industrial development. At Clear Water, Duncan focuses on the construction stormwater and remediation markets as the Director of Construction Services.
