The Port of Seattle’s Terminal 106 “Double-Stacked” 700,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution center in SODO is one of the only multi-story warehouses in the Northwest. Clear Water was brought in by Lease Crutcher Lewis to assist with obtaining the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and King County Industrial Waste (KCIW) permits, perform CESCL inspections, and install and operate a 1000gpm chemically-enhanced sand filtration (CESF) treatment system with adsorptive media to address legacy contamination on the site during construction of the facility. The system treated over half a million gallons of water during development activities.
