Project Overview
Former Mill Site Remediation
This manufacturing site in south Seattle hosted an active steel plant for decades. Due to soil contamination and the site’s location adjacent to the Duwamish River, regulations required stormwater treatment during the demolition planning stages. Clear Water coordinated and placed 55 frac tanks on site to hold water for weekly testing before discharge could commence.
